Provides PICOCAST wireless communication solution to provide multi-function bi-directional digital connection such as Unicast, Multicast, Broadcast, Sensor, Control function in wireless range of several hundred meters.

And provides solutions for GIARDIAN wireless communication technology, a secure data transmission technology that combines Binary CDMA wireless communication technology and national security algorithm (ARIA).

PICOCAST provides the following functions simultaneously within a few of meters of user space; one-to-one communication between IT devices (unicast), group communication (multicast), broadcast, sensor, and control, and it also provides high-quality, low-power, and multi-functional interactive digital access for “wireless section within tens of meters”. Therefore, PICOCAST is an internationally standardized short-range wireless communication method that can deliver true ubiquitous solutions by converging user-centric broadcast and communication.

Protocol Composition

Protocol of PICOCAST technology is composed of Master and Slave as existing other protocols, and Master and Slave are synchronized and exchange information each other.
However, Slaves can communicate directly each other without going through Master because there is no mutual interference thanks to container concept, and such a multicast is possible that only a designated Slave can receive several broadcast channels. Also, it is possible to implement convergence function between broadcast and communication that Slaves directly communicate each other while listening to Master’s broadcast.
